If a match or event is cancelled for any reason, all bets placed on that match will be automatically refunded. For matches where more than half of play has been completed, bets may still stand — specific rules vary by sport.

• Placing bets based on match-fixing or inside information.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

• Providing false information to customer support in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.

Limitation of Liability

888sport strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but disruptions may occasionally occur. 888sport will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service outages caused by technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

888sport is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting. Betting carries inherent risk, and every bettor participates with full awareness of that risk. 888sport provides responsible betting tools, but the final decision always rests with the member.

• 888sport will not be liable for any bets that fail to complete due to loss of internet connection.
• Match results are verified through third-party sources — in the event of a dispute, the official result is considered final.
• 888sport's maximum liability is limited to the total funds held in the user's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

888sport reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of terms violations. Members may also request account closure at any time.

If you request voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable wagering conditions. Accounts closed through self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons cannot be reinstated during the exclusion period.

• Bonus funds in accounts closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
• Your original deposit will generally be refundable provided no prohibited activity has taken place.
• You can appeal an account closure decision — contact support to submit your case.

Changes, Updates & Governing Law

888sport may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Any updated terms take effect from the date they are published.

These terms are governed by international gaming law and the regulations of 888sport's licensing authority. Any dispute will first be referred to negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be referred to the licensing authority for mediation.
